  4. 4 chicken breasts
  5. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  8. ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  9. ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  10. ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  11. 1 ½ cups chopped fresh spinach
  12. 1 teaspoon salt, divided

  1. Step1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Step2: Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board and drizzle with oil.
